Tea themed hotel

The tea provided in the room was really nice. Having a tea bath was fun (although the bath is small if you’re tall). The swimming pool is nice to cool off. The set breakfast menu works well and the food is good quality.

The beds were extremely hard (even more so than other places we stayed). It is a bit out of the city Centre and as mentioned in previous reviews there is quite a bit of tear and wear.

we love the bathtub in the room, it was so relaxing after a whole day walking. Good portion for breakfast, enough for one person. Staff are helpful and polite.

Chiayi doesn’t offer so many options of this level: modern, confortable, nice in design, and personnel. The large tubs with tea-scented perfume are confortable enough for two. Too bad it was a bit cold to enjoy the outdoor roof pool, but we’ll definitely be back if we stay in Chiayi again!

SENT MANY EMAILS TO THE HOTEL, NO ANSWER!

The condition of the bathroom is not really good (as you can see in pics), for me, not useable, I can't afford a hotel of this level and have mold and moisture stains like this, it is sickly and unhealthy. The other problem is a bit absurd, I can't see at your webpage that to use the pool is mandatory to have a swimming cap. I have never seen in my life that, and it's And in my particular case it is curious, my beard is longer than my hair, but I couldn't use the pool because I didn't have a cap. If it's mandatory, why you are not able to provide it? MANY EMAILS SENT AND NO ANSWER!
